You don’t need a lot of milk! A maximum capacity of 35 liters or 9,2 gallons is perfect for micro-dairy. The minimum capacity is 10 liters or 2,6 gallons. 1,5 kW heater can warm the milk up to 158°F or 70°C. Heating time from 39°F or 4°C to 158°F or 70°C takes no longer than 75 minutes.
